It took a little over a month from the initial screening to get an offer. I went through five interviews, some on the phone and some on-site. One of the interviews involved giving a presentation of a sample capture plan to the CEO to demonstrate my skills. The recruiter did a great job of keeping me engaged and informed about where things stood, especially since they were considering other candidates too.
Started with a recruiter call, then interviewed with the IT lead and a program manager. The interview was pretty straightforward and easy, with simple hardware troubleshooting questions and basic knowledge of remote tools like RDP or similar.
First, we look at resumes and do some assessments to see if you're a good fit. If you pass that, you'll talk to the manager. They'll ask you about Python and data structures to see how you solve problems and code.
