The interview process didn't feel well-organized and the interviewer didn't seem to know much about the role itself. I felt like they weren't treating me like a person. The company also seemed a little shady, so I decided not to continue after the first call.
It was a pretty standard interview process. They asked some basic questions about me, and for some reason, they really focused on where I lived. They did say they'd reach out if other roles opened up.
The job posting was misleading, not even stating it was a bank teller position. It was also misleading about the location, saying Seattle area when it's in Kitsap County. It's a staffing agency in Florida recruiting for a job over 3000 miles away without knowing the area. I had to do skill assessments that were old and insulting, which felt like age discrimination. Then I got an email saying the actual employer hired someone directly.
