First you send in your resume, then they'll ask to see your marketing portfolio. After that, there's an online Teams interview that's about 30-45 minutes. They let you know the result pretty quickly.

I really liked this company, however my impression was ruined when I was ghosted and never updated about a decision regarding the position. Given this job market, the least companys can do is update candidates and let them know they did not get the role.

I spoke with two managers from the office. They asked me substantive questions, covering my personal experiences and any expertise I have on the subject matter. To have solid answers, it's good to keep up on headlines about standardization.
