Standard HR interview with an HR person, classic questions, operational manager interview about professional experiences then client interview about the need presented by the business manager who participated in facilitating the exchange with the client.

Had a really unpleasant and unprofessional chat with a business manager. They were super intrusive and kept pushing on a topic that wasn't relevant. Never had an interview like it. The manager seemed to be trying to trap me on a personal level and was suspicious for no good reason. It felt like a criminal hearing with a tough judge who was totally out of touch. Anyway, I definitely wouldn't work for a company like this. Hopefully, I just got unlucky with a bad manager and they don't represent the company's values. Overall, a shocking and unethical experience.

I had an HR call to introduce myself and talk about the company (culture, benefits...). Then I had to fill out a technical skills form (like a more detailed CV). After that, there were Codingame tests. I haven't heard back since, so I don't know what's next.
