Astek General Intern interviews, decoded.

Two interviews were conducted. The first was with the project supervisor, covering my background and technical aspects. We discussed the proposed project, its research component, and its structure. The second interview was with HR, where we talked about my career goals, availability, and future aspirations, such as staying with Astek or pursuing a PhD. They also provided information about the office locations.

The hiring process at Adtek was pretty structured. It started with a phone call with HR where they told me about the company and the role and asked some general stuff about my background. Then, I had a technical interview with someone from the team (or a technical manager). This focused on my technical skills for the job, like programming, problem-solving, or specific questions about the field. It was interactive, with both theory and practical cases.

The process was very well conducted and I liked the interview, the interviewer was really good and let me feel relaxed, so I recommend the job interviews from this company
