I had a phone call, then a video call with the business engineer. They were supposed to get back to me within two weeks. That was a month ago and I haven't heard anything, despite several follow-ups from my side...
une recruteuse m'a contacté sur linkedin, j'ai eu un premier appel avec elle deux jours plus tard. ensuite, j'ai eu un entretien avec le manager la semaine suivante, aussi par téléphone. on a bien discuté, il m'a dit que mon profil était intéressant et m'a expliqué la suite du processus. il m'a dit que j'aurais une réponse d'ici la fin de la semaine. un mois plus tard, toujours aucune réponse malgré deux relances par mail. ghosting total.
We had a phone call with HR first, then with the manager. The problem was that the company didn't really have a need, it was mostly a survey to fill their database. The interview with the manager wasn't structured at all; he talked a lot and didn't really listen.
