ASTA CRS Interview Questions

The first step was a phone call with the hiring manager. This call is a good opportunity to discuss pay scales and any modifications that might be made to your resume. Although I wasn't personally comfortable with that part, it might be different for others. It's important to clarify every detail about the company's needs during this time. Remember, you should be the one asking the questions, not the other way around!

The interview process involved a technical round where I was asked about agile methodologies and test cases scenarios, including test plans, test scenarios, and strategies. There was also an HR round with general questions and some simple aptitude questions. The final stage was a face-to-face interview.
