Started with a recruiter call, then had an in-person interview, followed by a Teams interview with a manager. The onboarding process went smoothly.
So the whole interview thing took about two weeks and had four parts. First, I chatted with a recruiter about my background and why I'm interested. Then, I had a video call with a team lead where we talked about my past work and how I handle problems. After that, there was a take-home case study that I had to put together a response for and then present. The last interview was with a group of people from different teams, and it was a mix of behavioral questions and working through a problem together.
First, I had a phone interview. Then, I went in for a final round interview with the hiring manager and another team member. The people I interviewed with were the director of agency operations and a senior director from a different team.
