Candidate-reported interview process

Had a Zoom interview where they asked some technical questions and reviewed my resume. The technical questions were not too difficult, not like LeetCode problems. It was a pretty relaxed interview. Afterward, a recruiter called me to discuss the hiring process.

I had a 30-minute phone interview with the team lead. It was fairly relaxed and I enjoyed speaking with them.

I applied online and after a few weeks, I got a phone interview. Then, they invited me for an on-site interview. The on-site and phone interview were pretty similar and involved the same group of 4-5 people. During the on-site, they gave me a tour of the place, which was a nice change. The interview wasn't super technical, but they did ask about key technical topics. I got an offer really quickly, within 3 hours after the on-site.
