The first interview was a 15 minute phone call where they asked general questions about my work history and experience. The second interview was in person and included a training process.
Easy interview process - I applied online and had an employee referral which I think helped, even though they weren't in my department. Had a phone call asking basic questions like 'tell us about yourself'. Then an in-person interview with the 2 supervisors in the department, one of whom would be my direct supervisor. Sometimes the Manager of the department is also included. They asked basic interview questions, and it felt more like a conversation than just Q&A.
I had one interview with the Compliance Manager (great guy) and then a second interview with the VP of Compliance (wonderful woman, but has since been replaced with someone who has no idea how to manage employees).
