So, after I applied, the very next day I got a call from HR that lasted about 10-15 minutes. It was a quick screen where they told me a bit about the company. Then I had a second interview with the hiring manager, which was about an hour long. We really dug into my resume, what I'm looking for in a company, and the details of the role. Things went well from there, so the third interview was mainly them checking my references and making sure I understood the position. After that, they sent me the offer letter, plus the benefits and compensation info.
