It was okay. There were basic interview questions, mainly focused on project management, collaboration with the team, and taking initiative. Things might have changed since then. Management was awful when I left and became incredibly micromanaging. The type of experience you get really depends on your team.
The whole thing took like 5 weeks. First, I had a phone call with the recruiting manager. Then, a virtual interview with two senior team members. After that, there was a writing/skills assessment using SAS coding. Finally, a last virtual interview with three team members. It was all pretty friendly and felt conversational.
I went through three rounds of interviews. First, there was a video call with the hiring manager and a supervisor for an initial screening. After that, I had a panel interview with the rest of the team. I was supposed to have a third panel interview, but I had already accepted another job offer by then. The interviews were mostly focused on behavioral questions.
