First, they reviewed my CV, then we coordinated an interview. We arranged to meet at my home in the morning. I went to a small office. They introduced themselves, and about half an hour later, they told me about the job. I then tried to share my experience, and we talked a bit more. They did a summary, and we agreed they would contact me.
