Candidate-reported interview process

First, they reviewed my CV, then we coordinated an interview. We arranged to meet at my home in the morning. I went to a small office. They introduced themselves, and about half an hour later, they told me about the job. I then tried to share my experience, and we talked a bit more. They did a summary, and we agreed they would contact me.

The interview process was really smooth, and everyone I spoke with was super professional. I ended up accepting another offer elsewhere before getting further into the interview.

An interview is a structured conversation where one participant asks questions, and the other provides answers. In common parlance, the word "interview" refers to a one-on-one conversation between an interviewer and an interviewee. The interviewer asks questions to which the interviewee responds, usually providing information.
