Candidate-reported interview process

We evaluated you for a potential client relationship. We asked in-depth questions about your investment knowledge and experience, and your career goals with our company. We shared our company background and asked if you had any questions.

The interviewer was very friendly and explained the job function in detail. Overall, it was a nice experience. Some standard questions were asked, and the entire process lasted about 25 minutes.

The director seemed distracted when we spoke. She mostly talked about her own experiences. It became clear the role was going to be filled by someone already in the company, which I later confirmed. It wasn't a great experience.
