Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was overall positive but I was very disappointed that after 4 interviews including one in person, I never heard back about the role status. I believe that when a candidate invests a certain amount of time they are owed at least a one sentence rejection.

I talked to HR first, then the Director, and then met with some team members. It was a pretty easy process overall, and I got to ask about the company culture from them.

First, I had a chat with HR, then I met with a senior manager. After that, I met with the Department Head. That meeting with the DH was a bit odd, I kind of assumed I'd be reporting directly to him. He sort of said something like, "well, they told me to meet with you so...."
