Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process is pretty simple. It started with a recruiter call to discuss role fit, followed by an in-person interview at ATD. Overall, it was a good experience with great people there!

The interview was pretty basic and lasted about 45 minutes. They asked standard questions about my experience and how it would fit the role. The conversation went well, but even though they said I'd hear back within a week, I was ghosted and never got a response to my follow-up emails. It was a bummer because I was really excited about the role and the company.

had a typical phone interview screening, checking basic qualifications and interest in the role, and then the next steps were to meet the hiring manager and their direct report. Lasted no more than an hour.
