Associated Wholesale Grocers Interview Questions

The interview was pretty basic. I sat down with the hiring managers and they asked me some basic interview questions. After the questions, they went into detail about the job. At the end of the interview, an offer was made.

This company is very unprofessional. I was contacted by a recruiter who said they were interested in me and wanted to interview me. I scheduled the interview and got a confirmation email. However, the day after I signed up, before the interview even happened, they sent me an email rejecting my application. This was a really unprofessional process.

The interview process was long and drawn out, having candidates meet with 6 different department heads. The entire process took about 3-4 months and in the end they ended up moving someone internally into the role.
