They were really organized with scheduling the interview. Communication was good, and when I got there, things started on time. The interviewers seemed open to what I was saying. I felt really comfortable in the environment and like they were actually listening.
It was a normal setup, an in-person interview where I sat down with two full-time staff members. They asked a range of questions, including some scenario-based ones. They told me I could ask them to repeat questions if I needed to, and there was a section at the end for me to ask any questions I had.
The interviewers were really nice and made me feel comfortable. It involved both technical questions and questions about how I handle customer service. Make sure to bring extra copies of your resume and dress professionally. They are also flexible with your schedule.
