The interview process was pretty good and professional. First, there was a phone screening with HR asking about my background, experience, and salary expectations. Then, I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager where we talked about my technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and how my experience matched the role. Lastly, there was a panel interview with senior team members. They communicated clearly and the team was friendly, giving helpful feedback at each step.
It was a smooth and intelligent process. I went through 3 rounds of interviews, which was a complete discovery process for myself and my panel. The 3rd and final interview was an in-person panel interview. I really enjoyed this as it helped me seal my own views and decision on working for AECI.
The interview process was great, and the HR team was very helpful. Be prepared for interviews with a hiring board, which includes multiple managers and supervisors. It's recommended to practice and research the company's business before the interview.
