The process was pretty straightforward. I talked to the hiring manager, some of my potential teammates, and someone from HR. They asked standard questions and got back to me quickly. Each meeting was about 15 minutes long. Nothing too challenging.
I had 3 interviews with people involved in the role. The first two were standard interviews, but the last one was with the chapter president. He hadn't even looked at my resume and made a weird joke about my dating history.
The interview process was three rounds and pretty simple. The first interview is with the potential boss but once you get to a third round you are good. I don’t remember a lot about the interview process it was pretty forgettable.
