The interview was split into several rounds. It included a group exercise where we all sat around the room, and everyone was really friendly but definitely corporate. We were given a brief and then had to prepare a presentation of a business plan. It was a long day, lasting from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Applied online and then had some online verbal and numerical reasoning tests. After that, there was a video interview and then a 2 day assessment centre. The assessment centre included a dinner with assessors and then a standard assessment day the next day.
After submitting your application online, if your CV is successful you'll have 3 days to complete numerical and verbal reasoning tests.
