The company organized a factory tour and a dinner the day before the Assessment Centre, which was great. HR made sure the waiting times were engaging, and they gave detailed feedback after each stage.
First, you fill out a general application form and have to answer two questions that need 500 words each. After that, the next stage is an online interview, where you must answer 5 competency based questions. Then, you go on to complete online tests, which include SJQ, Numerical, and Abstract Reasoning.
Submitted an online application that included some long-answer questions. Then there was a video interview with a two-day deadline. The application wasn't too hard if you had some experience or relevant things to talk about.
