Candidate-reported interview process

It started with a phone screen, followed by an in-person meeting with the district or area manager. Before the interview, there was a personality behavior assessment where you picked adjectives to predict your behavior styles.

They invited me to meet the hiring manager and the area manager informally. We were introduced and talked about the job in detail.

I sent in my application to AAM online. About a week later, I had a quick phone chat. They also had me do a few computer skills tests. Then, I went in for two interviews, one with the support manager, and another with both the manager and the CIO. After that, I had to get a background check and a drug test.
