Candidate-reported interview process

I received a call for an initial phone screen. Later that same day, a video interview was scheduled for the Potomac location. Unfortunately, they canceled the interview just three minutes before it was supposed to start. I thought this role was a great fit for me, and it was disappointing that they seemed to have no regard for my time, effort, or well-being by canceling so last minute. I followed up with an email, but it was also ignored. This was truly the worst interview experience I've ever had.

I had a panel interview with the owner and her assistant in a board room. The whole thing took about 30-35 minutes. The team was really professional and the owner was upfront about how her business was doing.

The interview process was super easy to follow and went smoothly! The recruiter was awesome and answered all my questions. I applied on Indeed, got a calendly link to schedule my interview, did my 30 minute interview, then had a pre-hire onboarding session, and was hired and onboarded a few days after that!
