I got a text message to do some assessments before the actual interview. I think this is a red flag because they might reject candidates based on the assessment alone, without a proper interview.
It was a one-on-one interview and also group interviews. They do a drug test when they hire you. The environment is nice and friendly, but people can get on your nerves. It's work, work, work, and they'll keep calling. It was a nice interview.
I spoke with Allen (CEO) first, and then met with some of the team members. Apparently, Allen doesn't usually do the interviewing. He cut me off while I was answering a question to criticize my eye contact, which I found odd because I thought looking away was a way to focus. He also asked about why my social media wasn't easy to find, saying it looks like someone is trying to hide something.
