It started with an initial phone interview, basically to see if you have what it takes to be a salesman. If you passed that, you'd move on to Jim for a script read or mock role play. Finally, you'd meet Sam for a live, in-person interview. The phone screen is pretty standard and easy, but the upcoming interviews are the ones that really count. I was told the company is moving to Provo, which would make my commute go from 5 minutes to 35.
You'll get a script about coins from corporate to study, then you have to present it. The manager will then ask you to sell them the coins from the script. If you don't know closing tactics, you won't shine. They'll hire you anyway, anyone who can talk and fog a mirror gets a job, but they'll fire you if it doesn't work.
