Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was a quick 7-minute phone call with HR. Then, I had an in-person interview that lasted about 1.5 hours. It was a really nice and professional experience. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel relaxed, not nervous at all. I didn't get any info about benefits until two days after they made me an offer, which would've been helpful for comparing with other job options.

I had to do a test that I wasn't informed about beforehand. They gave me about 30 minutes to complete it, and then the interview began. It was mainly a conversation instead of them asking a lot of questions.

It took over two months. The initial chat with the recruiter for APAC was good, but then the interviews with the line of business and the hiring manager got canceled or rescheduled at the last minute three times. After that, the APAC recruiter left the company, and there was no email or update. I guess my application wasn't successful. The whole thing felt disorganized and unprofessional, not a good experience.
