We had a single round interview. First, you introduce yourself in English. Then, we talked about your future planning. After that, we discussed why you are applying for this job. We also went over your personality and your suitability for the role. Lastly, we asked about your previous tutor experience (ADAH/ADD).
3 rounds of interviews total. The first one was fine and got me really excited about the company. The second and third interview rounds were on the same day. The second interview was in the morning and also went pretty well. The third interview was the worst, they took me around different businesses in Queens and had me go door to door trying to sell things. I felt like I had no dignity after that.
We all came in together as a group and had to wait about 15-20 mins for the manager. They just wanted to put a face to the resume and asked standard interview questions. The next day, I was invited back for a field interview to see what a typical day would be like. The business setup seemed good, but it just wasn't the right fit for me.
