Assaí Atacadista Retail Associate interviews, decoded.

I applied for the Operador De Caixa position on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. The HR representative contacted me the next day via WhatsApp to invite me to an interview on August 1, 2023. After a group interview, I was one of the four people selected to proceed. The others didn't get the chance. I then had an individual interview where they told me that Assai Atacadista is still in the selection process and that they would contact those who passed by Wednesday, September 6, 2023. Today is Monday, and I'm waiting to hear back, hoping for the best and to join the team!

First, they give us a form to fill out with our information. Then the HR manager collects the papers and asks some questions like your name, age, if you have children, how many, where you live, and so on. After the questions, she talks about the company, salary, and benefits. Finally, she mentions that we'll get feedback in a few days, whether it's good or bad.

They did two group interviews where they asked simple questions about where I live, my marital status, if I'm available to work flexible hours, my past experiences, and if I have children. They also explained the company's benefits.
