Candidate-reported interview process
First, a registration form was completed with name and past experiences. Then, a general knowledge test was given, covering math, Portuguese, and hypothetical supermarket situations. This was followed by an interview with the analyst, who asked the same questions as the registration form.
I applied online, did the tests, and after about 2 months I got an email scheduling an in-person interview with the manager and HR. I passed that, and then there was a remote interview with an HR consultant, the store manager, and the HR supervisor. This interview was with all the candidates, which was pretty awkward having to discuss salaries, strengths, and weaknesses in front of others.
