The interview process included a phone interview followed by two in-person rounds. First, I interviewed with the contract supervisor. Then, I met with the customers I would be supporting for more interview questions. The whole process took a few weeks, and then onboarding with background checks took another week or two.
It was a pretty laid-back interview process, with three rounds that got more technical as they went on. They asked standard questions about RF theory, but it wasn't too tough. The management and recruiter were really nice, and there weren't any tricky questions designed to catch you out.
So, I had an interview with one person right off the bat. Honestly, that felt like a red flag and a total waste of my time. Later, they just said they were 'going in a different direction,' but the job was still up a week later, which was weird.
