Candidate-reported interview process

First, HR does a pre-screening. After that, there are a couple of SparkHire questions where you have to answer in 3 min videos per question. Then, two more interviews with the hiring manager and people on the team you're applying for. Not sure which comes first.

The staff were amazing and asked great questions, which really eased the tension. They made sure I understood what was expected of me and what I could bring to the team. There's room for advancement. I really enjoyed my time with them, lots of laughs and understanding.

The interview process was super organized and they gave lots of info. First, there was a phone screen, and then I did a virtual interview. After that, I had 2 more video interviews with some people I would be working with and my potential managers.
