I went through 3 interviews total. Two were in person and one was on the phone. The in-person ones were great, everyone was super friendly. In the second interview, the team lead had these prepared packets about what working here is like.
I met with CEO Nick Aspromonte first, who was very nice and welcoming. He and his employees made the interview process less intimidating than others I've been through. The next day, I had my second interview with Assistant Director Il. Il was a really cool guy and very thorough. He clearly mapped out and explained the opportunity. He asked a number of questions about how I might fit in at the company and whether or not I would enjoy this type of work. It was a very positive interview experience. I couldn't accept the position due to finances and location, but I would have loved to join their team. I recommend Aspromonte for anyone starting a career in Marketing/Sales/Management.
The interview felt rushed and a bit sketchy towards the end. I felt misled about the role, like it wasn't what was advertised. They were also vague about salary.
