Got a quick response and met a friendly team. They did a phone screen and then an onsite interview. It was about 30 minutes long and I had enough time to ask my questions.
We started with two phone calls to sort of check if you were qualified and then see if you'd be a good fit overall. Then there was an in-person meeting with the actual team you'd be joining.
The interview process involved several virtual interviews and online assessments before the onsite interview. The timeline for hiring was unclear, and the overall experience felt a bit chaotic. They asked for my availability but then took a week to schedule the interviews, which meant I had to do a lot of rescheduling. Also, most communication was via email instead of calendar invites. I think HR could improve their process and be more considerate of candidates' time.
