It was a basic initial interview. They asked some introductory questions about my background. I got an email 3 days later to schedule 2 more interviews. The HR Director didn't know the answers to some specific questions about the position.
First, there was a 15-minute HR call with really standard interview questions. Then, a 30-minute Zoom call with the Director of Marketing from the West Coast, which was a great in-depth conversation about the role and what to expect. Finally, there was a 1-hour call with the local Director of Marketing. They give you a lot of room to ask questions and also provide a stage to demonstrate your ability to go with the flow of the interview.
I kicked things off with a quick chat with HR over the phone. Following that, I had a Zoom interview where I spoke with three people at once. They were from different levels within the firm, and it felt more like a chat than a formal interview.
