Aspire Software Engineer interviews, decoded.

This company is the worst. They are nothing like their name "ASPIRE". They will trick you in every interview. Hiring managers are lazy, join late, and have no manners. They keep making you think you'll get a job offer, but they have NO actual job offers. They just want to steal your ideas to grow their business. They are not serious about hiring anyone. Stay away from this company.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and not too difficult. They tend to ask simpler questions, but the key is how you present your answers. If you can explain things in a professional way, they'll likely hire you. That's the most important part of the interview. C or C++ is sufficient.

The interview process was having 5 rounds in total. 1st and 2nd Assesment followed by 3rd and 4th as technical interviews then final as HR round. I cleared all 4 rounds and final Hr round was scheduled. Suddenly before one day, Hr mentioned that there is change in process and there will be one more tech round with Director. That round also went well enough to be cleared but still they rejected. Do not know why these guys are hiring if they do not want to release the offer the end.
