For freshers, there are three interview rounds. Round one is a coding and aptitude test. Round two is a tech interview where the interviewer will be friendly. Be strong in the basics. I was interviewed for a Java developer role. Most of the questions were from basics and you will be asked to write a sample code to exhibit your skills. Round three is with HR and it's mostly behaviour analysis. HR will discuss about the company and how it functions. Be brave and be confident with your answers. If you are unable to answer it's okay. They will test your honesty more than your skills. Show you are ready to learn at any moment. To be honest, I really liked the interview I had with Aspire System
The interview process had four stages. First, there was a written test that focused on aptitude questions, which was fairly straightforward to pass. After that, there were two coding rounds. The first coding round was easy, and the second coding round focused on key logical concepts.
The interview took place at college and consisted of an aptitude test, followed by two pen-and-paper coding rounds, and then a final coding round with a senior manager. The interviews got progressively harder at each stage.
