The interview process usually starts with the online application, where you fill out a form or send your CV. Then, if they select you, there's a chat with HR to check your soft skills, motivation, and if you fit the culture. After that, there's usually a meeting with the manager or team lead to dig deeper into your experience and see how you'd fit the team. Finally, the technical interview, where they test your specific skills for the job with questions or practical tests.
I had to wait for about 2 hours before the interview started. The interview itself lasted for 30 minutes. The interviewer asked questions in a lot of detail, and they were really good questions, I think they'd be helpful for others preparing. Just be ready to really explain your answers well.
They got in touch with me super fast and always replied quickly. The questions were a bit tough for a service-based company though. The interview was over the phone. The first round was a technical chat with a tech architect, and the next one was more of a technofunctional discussion with a manager.
