Two interviews total. Had a recruiter chat first, then an interview with the company. Got a call back a week later saying they hired someone else on the spot. Recruiter was super nice though.
It was an intimate and very professional setting. The recruiter introduced himself and gave a brief overview of Laurus. He asked me to talk about myself and my experience in more detail, referencing my resume. We then discussed a few open positions that they thought would be a good fit for me. The whole experience felt pleasant and reassuring. I got a call the next day about an opportunity that turned out to be perfect.
The recruiters first reviewed my resume and provided suggestions for improvement, which I then implemented and resubmitted. Following that, I had a meeting with the recruiters to discuss potential employers. Subsequently, I was sent to interview with their client, meeting with both the accounting manager and accounting supervisor in a joint interview. I was informed within a few days that the client was interested in me for the assignment.
