First, they sent an online assessment. If you pass, they call you for a phone interview. A recruiter sets up a time and calls. Then, you submit a computer upload test and photograph your office setup in a private room, making sure your computer isn't facing windows.
They asked questions which I later discovered were very valuable to the position. For example, if a client wanted to eat at Le Bernadin but it was unavailable, what suggestions would you make for a similar restaurant? I nailed it bc this is my work and personal strength. However, I’d then get requests created by people who didn’t know what country a major city wa, or how time zones worked for example. So clearly even though I aced the interview, others had not but they were hired anyway. And we started out doing the same job at the same pay level so it’s hard to feel valued or respected at a place like Aspire.
I applied online and got asked to do some tests. First, a quick math test, then a logic part, and a personality test. After finishing those, I got an invite for a phone interview. The first time, it was delayed because of tech problems. The second time, the interviewer called the wrong number and it got postponed. It got postponed again, the third time, because of a scheduling issue. When we finally talked, the interviewer seemed uninterested and annoyed. Despite that, I felt it went okay, but I didn't get the job and heard back with a rejection email a few days later.
