Candidate-reported interview process

The interview for Masters level therapist is pretty straightforward. There are a couple of situational questions to assess your clinical capabilities. Depending on the program, there will be two interviews: one with the clinical manager and then a second interview with the team.

The manager and I had a great 30-minute chat about the job and what I'd be doing. I felt really ready, and we talked smoothly. The interviewer was nice and seemed interested in my background.

I had an initial call where they asked about my qualifications and how I found out about the program. They also provided a lot of details about the program's objectives and operations. The person interviewing me was very nice.
