Applied for the role and the hiring lead reached out. Since I lived out of state, I then had an interview with the leadership team. They gave me a virtual tour of the center and I got an offer within 24 hours, and it was negotiable.
I had a phone interview that lasted about 5-10 minutes, followed by an in-person interview that was about an hour long. It was a great experience overall. They asked a lot of questions, I toured the center, and got to see what a typical session looks like, which was very informative. The place had lots of space and was clean.
It started with a phone interview, then I had an in-person meeting with the HR manager that lasted about an hour. After that, we did a tour of the center. The center was beautiful, and it was fun to see the clients and employees doing a cool group activity together.
