It started with a phone screening with Rona, who went over the job duties and benefits since it's a full-time role. The questions were pretty straightforward, and it was a relaxed conversation.
The interview process was initiated via email and phone. It was conducted virtually, and the interviewers were friendly and encouraging, which led me to believe I was a strong candidate. However, there was no subsequent communication.
I had an initial interview over Microsoft Teams where they asked basic questions. The recruiter called and said they would send a job offer the next day. But instead, I was called in for a second interview in person where they asked similar questions. The day after, I got an email saying they weren't moving forward with me.
