Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process moves quickly, with short waits between stages. The questions asked feel relevant and intentional. You'll have the chance to interact with other advisors.

I had two separate interviews over Zoom. It was a pretty casual chat, like a typical interview. I had to read a book, but it was short and easy.

It was a 30-minute Zoom panel with 2 managers and 2 peer-level employees. They asked the standard set of questions and I had a chance to ask my own questions. Even though it was a formal Q&A process, I found the folks I was talking to SUPER nice and would love to work with them. Ultimately decided that this role was not the right fit, but would be open to future opportunities based on this experience.
