The phone interview quickly revealed that this company has no skin in the game. They just wanted reps to pay out of pocket for everything until that big pie in the sky commission.

Great interview experience, with many knowledgeable staff who seem genuinely invested in your success, even without prior experience. The office is nice and the staff are friendly. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and was mostly a nice, open conversation.

It was a simple interview process. Sal was easy to talk with and he described how many houses they usually have per week. He asked how much experience I have doing roofing. He asked all the questions you would expect from a good company.
