Aspen Interview Questions

So, the interview process was actually a couple of parts. First, they hit me with some basic questions like 'tell me about yourself', 'why are you interested in this role', and 'what skills do you have that would help you in this job'. This was before the assessment centre part. Unfortunately, I didn't make it past the assessment centre stage.

Started with an online application, then an online test. After that, a brief phone interview with 2 or 3 questions, followed by an assessment centre. The assessment centre included a group task, an individual presentation on AI or another chosen topic, and an interview with two people.

It was a thirty minute competency question section, then fifteen minutes of insurance risk related questions and fifteen minutes of logical/numerical/statistical brain teasers. Two people were asking questions, and it was casual and easy to follow. Don't have anything else to say good luck!
