Candidate-reported interview process

It was kind of a lengthy process. There was a phone interview, then an in-person interview, and then another phone interview with someone higher up the chain. They also took super long in-between the interviews to reach out.

It was a chill, yet professional interview. They asked relevant questions for the office manager role. They described a typical day and the goals for the team. Also, we discussed the in-network insurances the office accepted.

I basically walked in and got the job. I started out as an assistant manager and then moved up to office manager. The training was in New York, and after that, I trained in several other offices, which was a great experience.
