Candidate-reported interview process

I had an in-person interview at their office. It was basically a chat about my past sales and marketing experience, which happened shortly after the manager initially contacted me.

You'll chat with the general manager and some of the team to get a feel for what the job involves. If you can show you're physically up for it, you're basically in.

It was pretty easy and fast. Just one step. Then there's a week of training. It's unpaid training, and they only give you $20 per inspection for a month. You really can't make a living off of that. You get paid only on commission, and the training is all sales-focused.
