Candidate-reported interview process
Two people interviewed me for about half an hour. It went well, and I felt prepared and calm. They asked if I had any questions at the end, and I said no.
It was a video interview because of covid and lasted about 20 minutes. They asked me about my customer service experience, gave me a situation to solve, then told me what they're looking for, what they offer, and what they expect. They offered me the job right after.
The interview was really quick and easy. I talked with someone about why I wanted to work with children, and they told me about the job and the kind of environment it is. After getting the job, there was a mandatory training day from 9am to 5pm.
