Candidate-reported interview process

It's a pretty standard interview process. We started with a coding test and then an IQ test at the end. After that, I spoke with HR and the team manager. No tough questions came up during our chat.

You'll start with a coding test on paper, then you'll meet different managers. If you do well with all of them, you'll move on to the final interview. If you're lucky, you might get through the whole process in one day and then wait for the offer.

First, we'll have an introduction. Then, I'll ask you questions about projects you've done before, covering what you did, how you did it, and why you did it that way. After that, there will be some technical questions, and you'll need to show some code. Finally, I'll explain what the job involves.
